Michaelson & Associates, Ltd. (M&A) is a progressive law firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and organized in 1992 with a large vision and commitment. We have a simple objective of building and sustaining the economic well-being of our clients; all of our services are directed to this aim.

M&A is owned by Paul Michaelson, who is assisted in the practice of law by his son, John Michaelson. Paul’s daughter Melissa serves as our office manager.  In addition to our own staff of paralegals  and attorneys, we have a network of talented independent associates, affiliates and assistants.  If we cannot provide the service you are looking for, we are committed to connecting you with someone who can help you and we will stay with you until you are satisfied.

The premise of our practice is to establish long term relationships with our clients. We want to know and work with you on an on-going basis and we do this by inviting you to become a member of our practice (a “Member Client”). We have a variety of membership plans for each of our three divisions: Corporate Service, Estate Planning and Real Estate Service divisions.  Each of these plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and may be secured for as little as $150 per year.
